Created by Pete Egoscue, this revolutionary posture alignment therapy is available at Lotus Heart. Sessions are done virtually online. This therapy has a high success rate of eliminating chronic pain.

​The posture alignment therapy program is typically 4-8 visits (but more may be needed). Your therapist will assess your body posture, functional ability, gait pattern, & pain to then instruct you in a personalized menu of posture corrective exercises.

Safe for all levels your menu is designed to gently correct your posture deviations & restore function back to your body so you are PAIN FREE & you move well. During this unique program you learn why you are in pain & how to eliminate your pain long term. While in the program your exercise menu will change & progress to meet your needs.

"I’m an easy going, fun loving therapist committed to helping you get & stay pain free with the most effective natural movement based therapies for chronic pain conditions. With over 20 years hands on experience as a massage therapist & over 15 providing movement therapy, most of my clients have tried everything without long standing results before we work together.

I came to be a movement therapist from my own personal journey of pain to wellness. In 2000 I was hit by a car & for 7 years after, I had reoccurring lower back pain. This was before I was introduced to The Egoscue Method. I would receive massages, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture sessions, you name it, & all would provide relief for a few days followed by the pain returning. It wasn’t until I read the book “ Pain Free” by Pete Egoscue that I knew I had come across something great. I started my training asap through The Egoscue University where I learned the posture imbalances that were causing my reoccurring pain & how to correct these imbalances for myself & others. Talk about an empowering experience & a what a huge relief to have a tool to heal myself. Thank you Pete Egoscue. You too can heal using movement therapy with virtual sessions.

I dove deeper into The Egoscue Method & witnessed my client’s success stories, I devoted my training to my clients’ success stories including completing the highest level of training (AET) offered at the Egoscue University. I completed the same level of education as official Egoscue clinic owners. The greatest reward is when a client emails or calls just to say "thank you" & that the work we did together helped them get out of bed in the morning, play with their grandchildren, play their favorite sport, or cuddle with their honey on the couch.
